We are proud to announce that Eltronic Wind Solutions as of 01 November 2019 will be spun off from Eltronic into its own separate company.

The new company will be named Eltronic Wind Solutions A/S.

”During the past 4 years, Eltronic Wind Solutions has undergone a remarkable development and growth and has built a reference list counting some of the largest manufacturers and owners of wind turbines. When at the same time considering the global growth potential in the market, we have assessed that this was the right time to create a separate company,” says Lars Jensen, CEO and founder of Eltronic.

With a product portfolio including solutions for both production, installation and service of wind turbines, Eltronic Wind Solutions possesses unique knowledge of the special conditions applying to the wind industry. This provides both wind turbine manufacturers and owners, service partners and owners of the installation vessels with solutions designed in consideration of the entire service life of the wind turbine. This results in efficient solutions that can contribute to lowering the total cost of renewable energy.

Present R&D Director, Thomas Hedegaard, continues as CEO of the new company, and he is looking forward to continuing the journey:

”We have developed an innovative business that has gained a strong position in the wind market. Besides our headquarters in Denmark, Eltronic Wind Solutions has already established branches in both China and the UK. With our new company status, we will be even more capable of focusing on the customers in the wind industry and adapt our solutions to the requirements in that market. Together with our customers, we look forward to contributing actively to the global green transition delivering solutions with a focus on efficiency and safety”.

Besides Thomas Hedegaard, the management of Eltronic Wind Solutions A/S will include COO Rasmus Uhrskov Jessen and CSO Henrik Kjærgaard.

Eltronic Wind Solutions A/S will continue as part of Eltronic Group with headquarters in Denmark.
